The fifth cake from my library book, "The Elvis Cake." It has peanut butter and bananas on the inside, and bananas line the outside as well. I used the same cream cheese icing from the coconut cake, simply because I had some left over, and it wasn't really that cream cheesy anyway.
This one was the best cake recipe by far, in terms of the actual cake. It's devil's food cake and the batter was super liquid-y when I put it in the oven. I was skeptical, but it turned out to be incredibly delicious. It kind of hardened with time, but those first few hours out of the oven were to die for.
