Summer's End

It's officially over, phew! It's been a long and hot summer folks, and I'm personally glad it's over. Here are a few summer's end photos.

Early September harvest at the Walnut Hill Community Farm.

The Woodlands Community Garden in full swing.

A butternut squash ripening in my plot.

Getting ready for the fall season by planting broccoli under the basil.

Our annual Labor Day family reunion on the Delaware River.

And now, for a change of pace. I'm going off on a little road trip tomorrow, from Philly to Seattle to deliver my best friend to her new job out there. Pics and stories when I return. Wish me luck!
