Big News, part 1

I have some big news to report today (although it actually happened a little bit ago and I'm just getting around to writing about it now). M was accepted and will be going to graduate school at Brown University in the fall of 2008! He's going to be doing a joint PhD program with Brown and the Woods Hole Marine Biological Laboratory in the field of ecology and evolutionary biology. He applied to a lot of schools and had some hard decisions to make, but he accepted their offer of admission and will be deferring for a year in order to continue working at his current job, and to work on his music career. These are some beautiful pictures of Woods Hole, MA taken by M when he was there doing their Semester in Environmental Science program during college.

The Aurora Borealis! The year he was there you could see it as far south as Georgia. Beautiful.
